Fees & Payments
Class fees are due when you sign up for the class and we cannot hold your spot without full payment. You can sign up for classes in person at StitchCraft or by phone at 707.773.4SEW (4739). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, cash and checks.
If you need to cancel or transfer to a different class we require 5 days advance notice. We are more than happy to refund your class fee provided it’s at least 5 days prior to the start of the class. If you cancel within 5 days of the class or don’t show up to the class you will forfeit the class fee. Sorry!
Unfortunately, every now and then we don’t get enough signups for a class and need to cancel it. Generally, we need at least 3 people signed up in class. So sign up with a friend! If we need to cancel a class we will contact you 2 days prior to the start of the class and will either refund the class fee or place it on a credit for you to use for a future class. Your choice!
Be sure to check the supply list provided in the class descriptions and bring those items with you to the class. Supplies are available for purchase at StitchCraft and we provide a 20% discount for items purchased for a class!
Yes, we do offer private lessons. They are reasonably priced at $30 per hour for one student and $10 for each additional student. Feel free to call or drop in to set up a lesson.
